Dear Friends,

We've just returned from our summer festival tour, which included visits to Schleswig Holstein, Rheingau, Gstaad, Pietrasanta, Verbier and Salzburg Festivals. What a way to end our 20th Anniversary Season. It is now time to share with you our season calendar for the 2016-17 season. Last season we presented the complete Bartok Cycle, next December we will perform for the first time in Budapest for an all-Bartok program. Last season we released a CD ofת and presented Beethoven's 6 quartets Op.18. Next season we will continue our focus on Beethoven with the Quartets Op.18 as well as Op.95 and Op.59 No.1.

A new project next season will be a Dvorak Celebration. Joining us will be violist Veronika Hagen, cellist Gary Hoffman, and pianist Matan Porat for a 2 concert celebration of trio, quartets Op.96 and 106, viola and piano quintets and string sextet. We will bring this project to Florence, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid and other cities. We will also continue our collaboration with Sir András Schiff with our program of Weinberg and Brahms piano quartets in Cologne, Vienna, Neumarkt and Berlin.

In addition to our European tours, the quartet will return to Australia in September for a two-week tour with Musica Viva. November and March will see a US tour including some of our favorite places like Philadelphia, 92nd St. Y in New York, Cleveland, and West Palm Beach as well as some new venues such as Cornell University, University of Maryland, and Yale University.

We hope very much to see you all somewhere around the globe.
